Use of the jacuzzi is low - if it is above - 8, and there may be restrictions on use. Around the bamboo moss garden, look to the garden anywhere inside the house. Depending on the ever-changing light, the garden and the house have a lot of colors. Bamboo swaying in the wind, the sound of the water falling in the pond, and the birds that often come to hang out. You can see it. We have designed the space to feel the comfort and beauty of nature. In particular, healing materials have been designed to close to nature. During the day, the brightness and atmosphere of the house are determined by the weather by natural light. In the evening, it helps you get the night vibe, most indirect lights up, so you'll feel comfortable and calm.

Houjay is a slow traveller's home. Houjae is located just below Hangdong Castle (Seoul Castle) on a hill overlooking Seongbuk East and overlooking the North Korean foothills. A refreshing stay-place prepared for guests looking for a quiet, tranquil day in a busy, sophisticated metropolitan area, perfect for a seasonal stroll. Houjae is made of relaxing and comforting spaces. Please refrain from parties and events. And at the end of the way is a steep uphill slope. Cosy Korean Traditional House in Seochon

Great Location of western side of Kyeongbok-palace where is full of unique shops and market (Tong-in Market(traditional Korean market). Our house takes 5 mins on foot from outside of Kyeongbok-palace station (Line3, orange line) exit3. Located in the heart of the Seoul, you can walk & easily get to every old palaces in Seoul. Lots of small shops & cafes, restaurants, there are various Korean museums including MoMA. We hope you enjoy your stay and capture the best of the Seoul!

mini hanok classic (near palaces, entire house)

Mini Hanok located 5 minutes from Anguk Station Line 3 is the starting point of Bukchon Hanok Village. The mini hanok is located in a very quiet place, but if you walk for more than a minute you will find many cafes and interesting shops. It takes 5 minutes on foot to Changdeok Palace and 10 minutes on foot to Gyeongbok Palace. Nearby are Jongmyo and Unhyeongung Palace. You can also go to Myeong-dong and Namdaemun at once if you take the 151 and 162 blue buses.
